What a provider using StreamClass
can show you.

StreamClass does not, by itself, make a provider compliant, and it does not replace the professional judgement of trainers, assessors or auditors. Nothing gated on pending government access is described as operational.

• Training consistent with the training product (Standards for RTOs 2025): requirement-level verification of delivered training against the unit's current specification, with word-for-word, time-stamped transcript evidence a reviewer can independently check.
• Total VET Activity reporting (NCVER, Data Provision Requirements): continuous validation with per-record remediation guidance; nine NAT files in release 8.0 layouts as an AVS-ready ZIP the provider lodges through NCVER's validation software.
• Scope of registration (ASQA): scope synced from training.gov.au; off-scope mappings, enrolments and automatic issuance warned on or refused per the provider's setting; every decision logged append-only. Superseded components warn but never block, so teach-out is respected.
• AQF certification integrity: Statements of Attainment as durable records: unique verification codes, stored unit snapshots, local-timezone dating, recorded revocation, and a fail-closed scope check on automatic issuance.
• Unique Student Identifiers (Student Identifiers Act 2014): capture and format validation with exemption support; a missing or malformed USI is flagged as an error that disables the export until it's fixed. Registry verification is credential-ready but awaits USI Office software-provider access, so a USI is never described as "verified" today.
• Managing superseded training products: weekly detection, an automatic coverage check against the successor unit, and a named, dated acknowledgement trail. Nothing is re-mapped automatically.
• Self-assurance and record keeping: dated, append-only histories everywhere decisions happen: scope decisions, coverage checks and re-checks, issuance and revocation, acknowledgements.
• Modernised data lodgement (readiness) (VET Data Streamlining): a built, audited, retry-safe pipeline awaiting sandbox access; stated as readiness, not as an operational submission channel.

• A citation is verbatim, or it is discarded. Every quoted moment in a coverage report is checked word-for-word against the video's transcript before display; unverifiable citations are discarded and the verdict downgraded.
• A human confirms every mapping. Automatic unit identification is always labelled an unconfirmed match until a person confirms it.
• The National Register is the single source of truth. Codes, titles, specifications, scope and supersessions come from training.gov.au; every report records the specification version it checked against.
• Gated capability is stated as gated.

What the outputs assert: StreamClass checks what is said and shown in training content and keeps the operational records around it. It does not assess learners, does not determine assessment validity, and does not issue or withhold any regulatory judgement.
