Please join us for our final MFAA Perth Member Forum for 2026. The MFAA Perth Member Forum provides members and industry colleagues with a relaxed interactive networking and educational session. We’ll discuss MFAA initiatives, industry issues and provide opportunities to share best practice with peers. All MFAA members (brokers, aggregators, lenders, and industry support service providers) are welcome to attend and participate. Agenda: Presentation synopsis: Learn how AI can help mortgage and finance brokers spend less time on repetitive work, follow up more consistently and make more time for meaningful client conversations. Ash Shilkin and Lili Zheng from Transcend AI will discuss the business benefits, demonstrate a practical workflow and cover what to consider when using AI with sensitive customer information. Members will take away ideas to try in their businesses. Transcend AI is also offering 20 free 30-minute individual exploratory sessions to help members identify their top three AI opportunities, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bring your laptop if you’d like to follow along with the practical example. Following the presentation, this forum will also include: Wrap-up of 2026 – Our Forum Planning Group members will provide a recap of sessions that they presented to you during 2026.
