The session includes practical exercises on sample collection and handling, insights into coagulopathies, and a behind-the-scenes tour of the IDEXX Brisbane laboratory.
What to expect on the day
Master sample collection and handling from patient to lab. The Clot thickens: Insights into Coagulopathies for Veterinary Nurses and Technologists. IDEXX Tour behind the scenes of the laboratory. Closed toe shoes are required.
About the Presenter
Dr Fiona McConnell has worked for IDEXX since 2022 as a Professional Services Veterinarian providing medical support and education to veterinary teams throughout Australia. She graduated from the University of Queensland in 2001 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and has over twenty years of clinical experience.
