This virtual half-day course gives HR professionals and managers essential skills to prevent, identify, and address bullying and harassment in the workplace. Participants learn to recognize harmful behaviour, understand employment law duties, implement clear policies and reporting pathways, and respond appropriately when concerns are raised.
Course Overview
Participants learn to identify bullying, sexual harassment, racial harassment, and unlawful discrimination. The course covers organisational and cultural factors that increase risk, bullying prevention through strong leadership, clear values and open communication, and how to build a psychologically safe workplace.

Ideal for HR and People and Culture professionals in any sector, as well as managers, supervisors, and team leaders responsible for supporting safe workplaces. Anyone involved in managing people, health and safety, developing culture, or overseeing workplace wellbeing will benefit.
Fees
HRNZ Member: $368.00 (includes GST). Non-member: $437.00 (includes GST). Course is limited to 25 attendees and delivered virtually via Zoom. Virtual courses are not recorded.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of fees made if cancellation received in writing at least 10 working days prior to course commencement. No refunds for cancellations after this date. Appropriate substitute participant welcome any time before course starts.
