 he Training Supervisor Workshop focuses on the critical role of training s
 upervisors\, particularly within the context of balancing workplace pressu
 res\, college requirements\, and the learning needs of trainees. It is del
 ivered in an interactive format that encourages participants to share expe
 riences and learn from both peers and experienced facilitators. The worksh
 op aims to strengthen supervisors’ understanding of their roles and resp
 onsibilities\, while enhancing their ability to support trainee developmen
 t effectively. Key areas include distinguishing between simply teaching an
 d facilitating meaningful learning\, adapting teaching approaches to suit 
 individual trainees\, and collaboratively setting learning goals. CPD hour
